Purified water production facilities
As the uses for water have diversified alongside industrial development, facilities for the manufacture of high purity water required in various industrial organizations and combined heat & power plants are designed in consideration of water quality and economic feasibility.

Kind of membrane |
Used in the membrane separation process of separating solutes with a size of 0.1 to 10㎛, or to remove suspended solids, sediments, and turbidity dissolved in the water, and performs the role of restraining water quality change.
Used in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and food industries for the membrane separation process of separating solutes with a size of 0.1 to 10㎛, separation of purified water used in semiconductor plants, and concentration of effective drug ingredients in pharmaceutical factories.
CO2 gas is discharged from water drops to the ambient air to achieve the equilibrium concentration as shown in the figure below when high concentration CO2 gas flows in the degassing tower and makes contact with the air (Henry’s Law). As CO2 gas can be discharged more easily when the water temperature rises, temperature control, HCO3- removal, enhancement of EDI treated water quality, and the prevention of calcium carbonate scale by using the heat exchanger become possible. Coolant, N2 gas, and separation membrane are used.
This uses reverse osmosis to separate water from the salt solution by applying hydraulic pressure to the high concentrated solution when separating two solutions with different concentrations by using a semi-permeable membrane. It is able to remove 99.9% of organic and inorganic matter in the unfiltered water.
